I have been informed from HR Team that JLL have not maintained the report of overall car parking rental space properly. When UCL billed car parking invoice including the parking space rental report, there is a fee for someone who is not contained in JLL list. Then, JLL asked HR whether this person resigned from TR or not. I think that JLL should maintain and update this information by yourselves without asking HR because you always receive leaver and new joiner report from HR already. I am wondering whether TR is paying car parking fee for those who resigned from TR or not. The cost is not under JLL baseline and paid by TR, so I would like to monitor this payment.
To permanently solve the issue, I would suggest you to review all staff who rent parking slot again, and send me the following reports every month-end (every date 30th). I have created i-calendar for your reminder as attached.

2. UCL car parking rental space status report
3. The total car parking fee that is paid to UCL
