- Contact customer and supplier for quality.
- Support customer audit and discussion about of the
problem and Quality improvement.
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement
(Kaizen), Suggestion management and follow up.
- Training employee to update the quality awareness,
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) for the
improvement of the organization.
- Organize internal quality and process audits, prepare
for the audit, respond to findings, find root causes, and
implement improvement.
- Advise on the creation and updating of employee
training records.
- Organize analysis identified form internal quality
audits.
- Process audit and follow up and support ISO,CSR,SHE.
