(2016) indicated that the root:shoot ratio of cassava increased with increasing NaCl at four tested concentrations of 0, 50, 100, and 150 mM, and found that salt stress at 40 and 80 mM NaCl resulted in an increase in the nutrient levels in leaves of cassava plants.
