As you know, Now we have customer most complain pass online social networking about Claim warranty & Claim Insurance, It is not good to after sale service our company.
Currently, I try recheck dating back 6 Month for recording information about parts claim warranty & Insurance reference attached file.
We need to check stock on hand all branch and make sure that have parts enough for customers to change or not.
Our problem is that we are not ready. The major parts It affects the long-term use Subaru all model.
First priority management
• Add manpower temporary assist job warranty & insurance for control directly ( Now, we have 1 person job warranty and 2 person for job insurance at MIST ) I think not enough
• Find information customers claims about parts Job claim warranty & claim insurance all branch.
• Recheck stock inventory about parts claim warranty & Insurance Subaru all model.
• Summary information all parts sent pass to SPC team import order as soon as possible.
• Call contract customers come in for change new parts. (Currently, we are working step by step every days)
Next step
• Revise Organization add manpower support Job Claim warranty & Insurance directly ( wait boss sign approval )
• Meeting all concerned for revise SOP about document claim approval faster.
• Aside team monitoring about stock parts and weekly reports ( Case have customer claim parts must have support )
• Sent information pass to SPC estimate import order by weekly report
