Did staff inform guest that we provide Kettle and hair dryer at GSA counter ??
Just only two complain I found in tripadvisor , so pls look in booking.com, agoda and other complain and investigate and report to me by SUP GSA for each hotel na ka
From now onward , super GSA of each hotel must look in guest comment in every OTA and find out what happened and investigated by HM or EHK south and let me know
