In Temporal Differencing method the differences of pixels are used for two or more consecutive frames in the video sequence to detect moving regions. This method doesn’t work to detect all relevant pixels of moving object when the object has uniform texture or move slowly [14]. But when object stop, temporal differencing method fails to detect the changes in the two or more consecutive frames. Let Pn (t) show graylevel intensity value at the t pixel position in n time frames of a video image sequence P. Let D be the threshold value whose value is initialized with pre-determined value. According to the Lipton et al. [3] a pixel can only in the moving condition if it satisfies the following condition [14].
