had 7.15% TDF, its TPC (855 mg GAE/kg, data not shown) was
significantly less than that of 2% WP, 3%WP (w/w yogurt), LE-Y and
FDE-Y fortified product. Also, no RSA was detected in commercial
product (data not shown), which indicated that WGP fortified yogurt
had better antioxidant property.
