For producing Doi Kham’s tomato juice, the company only chose the bright red tomatoes with firm skin which are 85% matured from Northeast, where has the most of tomatoes in Thailand. For that reason, the consumer exactly gets the best quality of tomato juice which has freshness, cleanness and good taste, all in one in the Doi Kham’s tomato juice product. As we know well, Doi Kham brand is a product of royal project which this can be the benefit of this brand because it communicate to the customers that their products is non-toxic food and cleanness so, the customers will be confidently to buy their products. However, the way that Doi Kham uses for communicating with customer is not variety. They only use Facebook, Youtube channel and transportation (BTS) which actually all of these channels are the good way to communicate with customers but it is not enough, it can be send the massage to some group only.
