It is indicative of the above discussion that most of the hygiene factors such as
supervision, working conditions, job security, and performance assessment
have been met and for that reason the efforts made to motivate by the
motivators are bound to succeed. This conclusion is built on the emphasis
made by Herzberg that in order to motivate people an organisation needs to
first have the baseline that is the hygiene factors in place and then the
motivators will be used to motivate and in absence of the base line motivation
is not possible to achieve.
