Unfortunately, the Product Activation ID that you entered is not valid.
Please check to see that you entered the code correctly.
If you entered it correctly, you have received a key that is not legitimate. We recommend that you return it to the person who sold you the software and ask for a refund.
To complete your activation with a legitimate product activation key, go to www.parallels.com and purchase Parallels Desktop for Mac. Open Parallels Desktop on your Mac, choose Parallels Desktop > Activate Product, and click Change Key. Then, carefully enter the new activation key.
