The addiction to alcohol can be psychological (habitual) or physical (chemical) and is very difficult to realise you’re struggling with one of them. It all depends on your age, gender and certain other factors, but in general, you should be more alert about your drinking habit, if you:
– Drink alone
– Drink more than three times per week
– You have more than three drinks per day
– You get uncomfortable or angry when somebody talks about benefits of being sober
– When people often remind you that you have already drunk enough that night
– Early in the morning, you think about when and where you can have your first daily
drink
