Starting out from this point, we checked the
answers given by the patients using the food frequency
on entrance to be seen to at the COI and also after at
least one year. Afterwards, a comparison was made,
and then a classification of progress was established as
improvement, worsening or stability, using as references
the daily portions recommended by the Surveillance
of Risk and Protection Factors for Chronic Diseases by
Telephone Contact – VIGITEL 2009(11).
