Wirat, I checked the items and I see here that the seller has marked BOTH items as shipped last August 29. Did you receive 1 item only? If yes, don’t worry because this issue can easily be resolved.
For this situation, I would advise you to contact the seller first for him to know about this. In this way, he might then be able to explain if he shipped the items separately and provide you updated tracking information, offer a replacement item OR refund your payment. If, for instance, the seller won’t cooperate with you, I advise you to open a return request in eBay. In this way, your seller will be prompted to provide you a replacement item OR send you a full refund for your payment.

1. Go to the Resolution Center: http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
2. Select I received an item that does not match the seller's description and click Continue button.
3. Enter the item number and click it.
4. Fill out the necessary information and click on “Request a return.”
If the seller hasn't resolved the issue with you after 3 business days, you can ask eBay to step in. eBay will review the information provided and will help you get a refund for your payment as soon as possible.
