With reference to our announcement of 2015 bonus and salary increase 2016. I would like to inform you that the principle of Performance appraisal and bonus has not changed it. It’s the same criteria in year 2014.
The only thing that is changed is “the rating point of performance appraisal above 4.5, the company will pay the bonus 1 month”, not 2 months bonus.
