Dear Khun Ohm,
Like written yesterday, so I founded another new business in Thailand with a good business friend of mine. This company was founded about 6 months ago and is a bit different of the businesses I normally founded and did so far.
This business is more related to family entertainment and based on a physical shop location in a mall. I attached a description of the business and the games in the attached short overview.
The brand is called Ticket to Mystery and the operational legal entity is called Mission Entertainment (Thailand). Co. Ltd.
The first game shop was opened in Gateway Ekamai Mall and the shop is open and operational for about 2 months. If this shop works out well, so we plan to open further shops in Thailand and at some time might even consider to franchise this regionally. However all this will not start before 2016.
Hence this year we will only operate this one first store. We would need now an accounting/finance consultant helping us with the following;
1. Monthly normal booking and bookkeeping ( I would suggest excel based!)
2. VAT and WHT tax declarations and other tax related works
3. Any other general accounting financial related works and support
We started in April and hence would need to get the bookings done for April (appr. 15 bookings) and the following months.
I would bring all original documents and supporting documents 1-2 per month to get all accounting work done in one go. We had about 15 bookings per month for the first 3 months. Then the bookings would went up especially in incoming AR from ticket sales. We have to discuss then how to move forward in regards to accounting. Last month we had about 60 bookings and I assume it will go up gradually to 200-300 bookings per months mainly from ticket sales.
Main bookings would be ticket sales. Tickets would be around 1600 THB per room and we expect about 10 customers average per day. Hence we would look at about 200-300 ticket bookings per months as AR. Secondly we might have some t-shirt and other sales, which might add another 50-100 sales bookings. On the AP site it would be very limited the too simple opex related bookings like rent, electricity and so on. We will have about 4-6 employees then. AP in regards to suppliers would be very limited. Hence I expect about 100 AP related bookings per months then.
Please let me know, if you would have interest to manage this as consultant?
Let me know, if you have any additional questions?
Thanks,
Daniel
