Dear Management Team of B-TH,
I would like to provide some information with regards to the Accor Rebate Program which KMI has recently communicate to BSA.
Background:
1. BEU/KMI has signed a rebate program with ACCOR. This program requires BEU to return 18% of our sales of hardware to all Accor related purchases.
2. KMI has demanded for all NOCS to make this payment to KMI. KMI will then compensate the NOCs back in the form of GMA compensation. This practise was required as part of KMI corporate compliance.
3. In order to reduce the workload on B-TH. BSA has decided not for B-TH need to get involved with this rebate program. This means that the payment and refund will be performed at BSA level instead of B-TH BSAKMIBEUACCOR. The process would be BSAKMI BEUAccor.
How this rebate program affects B-TH?
1. First of all, in order not to let BSA group incurred any loss due to administrative issues. We will like to seek B-TH cooperation to ensure that all the devices sold to ACCOR and its subsidiaries be fully accounted for and submission of GMA claims.
2. If this is not done accurately, we might have a case whereby BSA will over compensate the 18% rebate and results in unaccounted losses.
I shared this background with you so that you are aware of the sales conditions for ACCOR. Please keep this confidential as we have to uphold a confidentiality agreement not to share this information even with Accor customers in your country.
For your kind attention,
Regards,
