I introduced myself, and told him I was investigating two
murders. "One of the victims was in Hong Kong six months
ago. He was with another man and they travelled with false
passports."
Agave him the names they had used. He said that every
visitor to Hong Kong had to sign a card on arrival, and so he
would be able to check the cards at the airport and at
the hotels.
"Did you have any big jewel robberies about that time?"
I asked.
