Next, you need to consider attendance log based on Admin role.
For this, will you set up a STANDARD form :
1) We may already have, please search.
2) In future, staff working off site, department should notify HR due to attendance matter.
3) HR request all to fill up each off site duty as record.
4) The form should consider to capture one time matter and continuous matter like this.
5) Another form we have is coupled with vehicle request form (Cake has reviewed the form and sent for discussion). Please consider whether we should enter staff off site issue in vehicle request form or the matter should be segregated from each other.
