ELIGIBLE DAMAGE
Earphones that have functional issues, such as Bluetooth, audio issues, and power issues, that are not due to accidental damage and are still under the warranty period, may be replaced.
Earphones that have mechanical issues, such as a bad hinge assembly or no slider function, and are still under the warranty period, may be replaced.
Earphones that have the RemoteTalk cover and/or button missing or detached are eligible if there are no other signs of damage.
