On the follow-up survey on the same respondents 16 (94%) reported participating in
some form of exercise, and 1 (6%) patient did not report exercising. Prior to implementing the project, 7 (47%) of the patients re-
ported exercising once per week. On follow-up, all but 1 reported exercising more than once a week (see Table 2). Overall, a 35%
increase in reported exercise among the patient population was observed. Fifteen (88%) of the 17 patients reported noticing an improvement in their claudication symptoms.
