2.1. Telephone & Electronic Communications. Supplier shall provide LICENSEE with access to Supplier’s designated personnel for problem reporting with respect to LICENSEE’s use of the Software. LICENSEE’s access to such personnel shall consist of telephone access and access by means of electronic mail or fax service from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. United States Eastern Time, during regular business days (which shall consist of all days on which Supplier is open for business generally). All telecommunications common carrier charges and all costs of telephone and terminal equipment incurred by LICENSEE in connection with such remote access shall be the responsibility of LICENSEE.
