Dear sir,
We have problem to consult you.Due to the Negative feedback that we receive from customer,
which is unfair with us very much.Negative feedback that customer leave for us with reason "Item came at the end of August."
It is not true.Item redeliveried on 10 Aug 2015,If his address had people to receive item,This case should successful on 3 Aug 2015

We have information and check the status of delivery.If there is a problem in the delivery we will immediately notify the customer.When we know problem with delivery status .Our staff try to contact him many time(Date 7,10,12 Aug 2015) about information of item status but never respond from him until finally He responded on 12 Aug 15 that "Pick up".
In fact,He should have received on 3 Aug 2015,But no people received its at his address We understand his feelings item has been delayed .Nagative feedback that he leave to us seems extremely unfair to us.We intend to fully serve and try to solve the problem and notify Customer to know that such a problem we can not control.
Please advise me about solution for resolve this case such an unfair like this
Remark: I was send message for remove Nagative Fee dback to customer already but He never reaction with my request.
