According to these results, Stojceska et␣al. (2008)
reported that incorporation of brewer’s spent grain into ready-toeat
expanded products resulted in significantly increased bulk
density and decreased sectional expansion index.
A similar observations
were reported by other investigations (Brncic et␣al., 2009;
Lazou and Krokida, 2010; Yagcı and G€ogüs¸ , 2008).
