4.4. Rewards provided by other
The most basic rewards provided by others are money, goods, services, and information (Blau, 1964; Foa & Foa, 1975; Homans, 1961).
These rewards are instrumental in fulfilling psychological needs, and although connected in nontrivial ways to similar types of rewards at the interorganizational level,
they are not to be mistaken for each other.
