(Y/N) never thought she'd see Batman alive, living, breathing in front of her. He seemed to give her a questioning glare towards the fire extinguisher in her hands before glancing up back at the other side of the room where Red Hood was fuming like a teenager who just had his parent barge in on his privacy.
"I had it under control." Red Hood sounded like he was speaking through gritted teeth, (Y/N) couldn't really tell what kind of expressions were going on behind that hood.
Batman said nothing as he fiddled with his utility belt. Poison Ivy was just beginning to come back to her sense before a net pellet had been thrown at her, shooting a net at her. She screeched when it finally hit her and threw her to the wall due to the impact, and then let out curses of frustration as vines began to grow to pry it off of her.
Batman was prepared as Klark Kelly charged at him with fury, her glowing fists ready to punch the living daylights out of him, but Klark Kelly didn't seem to be prepared for the Batman to dodge it with grace as if her actions resulted in nothing. Klark growled and tried to hit him again, only to have Batman dodge it and knock her out with a heavy punch in the stomach.
She never stood a chance.
"New faces." Batman growled, "What hole did you dig them up from Ivy?"
Ivy finally pried the net loose and stepped over it with disgust etched in her face.
Metal Snapper was still fighting Red Hood, getting frustrated that he kept missing the small red hooded man.
"You're getting rusty Red Hood." The dark voice of the Batman said as he turned once again to Ivy. She was his next priority - at least that was what he thought - until he had been reminded that there was a innocent bystander standing right behind him. Not to mention all of the silent children who are staring at him in awe, crowded in the corner, must have been the hostages that belonged to Ivy.
"Batman - as expected. A nuisance Gotham could be rid of for the good of all mankind." She huffed, raising her hand as vines grew larger and bigger than before. The cafeteria would become a jungle at this point, but Batman had better plans.
As he threw a smoke pellet at her, he disappeared into the rising smoke, letting (Y/N) cough because of how close she was to it.
