Abstract— This thesis presents the design and implementation of the experiment sets for Development of Harmonic Current Filter into Three Phase Power System for Variable Speed Drive by Passive Filter. The design method the series circuit connection between inductive and capacitive. To create a filter for harmonics currents in the passive filters for harmonics filtering 5th (5th Harmonic Filter). To the size reduction and improving reactive compensation and active as you like. This paper presents that 5th harmonics filter design the hybrid is equipped with Low Pass Harmonic Filter 5th. To filter out the harmonics in the variable speed drive for a 1.1 kW the tuned filter to reduce the harmonics distortion at PCC is purposed. To evaluate the proposed experimental kit, the system performance test of the proposed kit was applied. The Harmonic in Electrical Power Systems circuits for both experimental topics with control parts were connected and tested comparing with experimental procedures, questions, and results. Since all tested results were met constructional requirements, the system performance of the proposed kit can be satisfied.
