I was having a think about our conversation on Thursday of last week and want to propose the following to you -
That you do not replace the Executive Club Manager role, but rather promote Cathy to the role of Executive Club Supervisor (& hire another Club Attendant to replace Cathy). I don't think the club requires a manager as such and the tasks that would have been performed by a manager could easily be assigned to either of the Assistant Front Office Managers. For example, you could consider paying Khun Bee (who is the most senior) a small amount more and include the Executive Club in her responsibilities.
Also, for the upcoming vacancy of Asst FOM, I know you have Khun Q in mind for this role but you must advertise it internally. In the spirit of doing the right thing all colleagues must be given equal opportunity. Therefore please advertise the role internally.
