According to CY2014 Year-end closing is coming. We would like to remind closing process to all of you
for transaction which is related to Accounting Year-end closing.

The schedule are below:

Fri 12 - Dec-14 MKT Department /Trade MKT - Cut of Commitment Note (because it takes time to follow up invoice)
Fri 19 - Dec-14 All Department - Last day for invoice of all expenses - All Department
Wed 25 - Dec-14 Purchase Department - Last day for PO Receipts of non-inventory (A&P, Market research, HP and other expense)
In case of the Inventory documents have not been approved from Manager/Director. please urgently contact AP Officer

Thu 26-Dec-14 Purchase Department - Last day for PO Receipts of inventory
