We just received a mixed feedback from the client, who reported the following problems :
[There were a few troubles with things like room service / menu at dining on the hill where the food could have been of a much better standard for a five star resort. Some of the western dishes were poorly executed and there was a lack of healthy options. A number of days it rained hard and we ordered room service, each time it was of a poor standard. Twice the order was wrong and on three occasions I would describe the food as of poor quality. Some additional training is needed for the western dishes. I was disappointed with some of the food in a resort that comes with such high expectations.]
