Responsible for recruitment services to the whole group by establish a posting advertisement recruiting, preparing job descriptions, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection. Conduct exit interviews.
•Responsible for conducting an induction program for new hires.
•Established and maintain relationship with external talents sources including target universities and colleague, alumni network, or other social net work.
•Maintains HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
