Fyi, if you found that cgo were damaged in the warehouse, it's very simple that
the customs broker of cnee shouldnt take cargo out, they should
do the survey first then contact to the owner of that consol box later.
In this case, the tally sheet is cleaned, no remark for any damage.
It's sufficient info that you shouldnt just find someone else to take this responsibility.
