After trimming young Globba winitii seeds at various parts of the seed and culturing them on MS medium supplemented with 10 mg/l BA, 1 mg/l NAA, 10 mg/l GA3 and 30 g/l sucrose, (They affect cell elongation by altering cell wall plasticity.
