- No new meeting requests can be entered in StarCite
- If you have a live meeting:
o Attendees may not register for the program
o New websites cannot launch
o New attendee invitations or communications may not be sent
o Changes/updates may not be made to the registration websites
o Attendee reports will not be available
o New hotel RFPs cannot be sent
o Hotels cannot respond to RFPs – timing of sourcing options will be impacted
o If an attendee tries to register during the outage, a notification that the system is unavailable will appear.
Please plan work accordingly to accommodate the system outage.
