You are having issues retrieving your password, is that correct?
We can update your email address linked to the account so you can reset your password yourself, however in order for us to do so, we will need the following information for verification purposes:
-Hive ID
-Current Hive ID email
-New email address
-Full name on Hive, Facebook, Google+
-Approximate date signed up for HIVE
-Last successful log in date
-Wi-Fi Mac Address of all devices used to access the game (for Androids): Go to Settings – More – About Device – Status – Wifi Mac Address
-Device ID of all devices use to access the game (for iOS): Enter the game and go to Settings -> Hive icon -> “More” and scroll down and provide the “did” number
