Invasive tumour tissue, non-invasiv

Invasive tumour tissue, non-invasive components and
normal tissue (in selected cases) were collected using the
PALM Microbeam System in conjunction with the Zeiss
Axio Observer inverted microscope. The tissue of interest
was circumscribed using the PALM RoboSoftware
and then automatically cut and catapulted into an
AdhesiveCap 500 opaque
