adjusted according to the patient’s needs to normalize the
nutritional status, having as recommended macronutrients
a protein intake of up to 1.2 g/kg/weight/day in the acute
stage (5th to 8th week) and up to 1.5 g/kg/weight/day in the
recovery stage. Carbohydrates should be adjusted to the
patient’s needs, without disaccharides concentration, so as
to avoid fermentation, and lipids without concentration of
saturated fats.
