3. Regular warm oil massage is therapeutic for you. Warm the oil by standing the bottle in a bowl of hot water. Rub over body/joints on a daily basis, also along spine, neck and shoulders and open marma/energy points in these areas. Apply warm oil on base of scalp, neck and shoulder and massage on regular basis – go for massage at spa or at home. Rub tips of fingers together on daily basis for 5 minutes (to prevent numbness)
