Feed management in terms of feeding-rate and frequency opti-mization is becoming imperative for culturing marine fish and thishas become one of the crucial areas of research in fish culture. Over-feeding and waste food disrupts the water quality (Ng et al., 2000)while an inadequate food supply has a direct impact on productioncost (Mihelakakis et al., 2002).
