1. Reason why this problem occurred
(1) Because, a paper was not in the right position when printing with label printing machine.
(2) All the staff in Okazaki did not recognize fully that LTX controls the yarn with QR code.
(They understood by themselves that it does not matter for LTX even if QR code is not
a little bit in the right position (it is OK if item code and production date etc are visible.). )
(3) The width of the paper is smaller than the specification of the label printing machine.
2. What is corrective action
As a result of much trials, Toray studied that QR code is readable if the small squares at the
four corners of QR code are printed. Therefore, if the small squares are not printed, Okazaki
does not use such abnormal label hereafter.
