responsible for the red color of strawberries, and Garcı´a-Viguera
et al. (1998) indicated that the major pigments in Camarosa
strawberries are pelargonidin-3-glucoside (726.14 mg/g fw) and
cyanidin-3-glucoside (73.92 mg/g fw).
