most likely that we are going to loss again money for this shipment no matter what our argument is. I won the argument with Chinese but ended up we share loss unless customer pays.
you said you learn a lot from this customer last time so I want to hear from three of you next week when I am at the airport.
if this shipment arrive;
1) reconfirm with SOP what the agreed transit time for this SL is, and HOLD until last day, understand that it is 7 days.
2) if customer agrees to pay, release cargo.
I want to hear also this point, when customer asks for expediting, what did we agree before pushing origin?
If there is no good reason, I want at at least performance review, no warning letter this time but I am looking at summer bonus penalty / up to how big our damage this time.
We see each other on Monday and I expect to see your team making money on expediting, not losing money again!
