a) The lease term has expired or the Agreement has been early terminated as per this Agreement.
b) Due debts and rents in connection with the lease of the Premises incurred by the Lessee ( telephone , electricity, water supply ,cable television and etc.) have been property paid in full.
c) No damage or loss was incurred in the Premises or to any part or any property of the Lessor and the property is left in its original condition except for normal wear and tear or any damage or loss occurred due to Lessee’s defaults has been rectified.
d) Key are returned to the Lessor and all facilities and utilities in the room have been checked.
