Horrible! Horrible! The last time I ever buy for journeys online, customer service horrible. I placed my order on the 8th, I contacted customer service a week later online because it said it had shipped but there was no tracking information posted. Chris the representative said that the manager of the warehouse couldn't fine the order in the system and that he would email me the tracking when he had it. By the 20th there was nothing so I called and come to find out the order still hadn't been placed, so I am already furious because of the incompetence of the reps, so the lady I talked to said that she has a store that has the shoes and they will next day air and tgey should be here Monday, it's now Tuesday and I called again and once again the store didn't have the shoes and re-routed the order (btw they said I couldn't cancel my order at that time seriously!) So I asked what am I supposed to do I have 75.00 floating around with no accurate information on if I'm going to even receive the shoes. She really offers me a 10.00 gift certificate for the trouble. And I said what if this next store doesn't have them either? Then and only then will I be able to cancel my order she said she comes to work at 6pm I told her I will be expecting a call by 7pm with the information from the store. I'm most upset at the fact that 10 dollars is all that has been offered for this huge headache.
