Qualify Candidates to Define Strengths/ Weaknesses. Contractor will
qualify candidates by interview or resume review to obtain a thorough
understanding of their accomplishments, capabilities, and potential. The
method of qualification is at the director of MDACC. A comprehensive
resume describing past work experiences and education will be presented to
M. D. Anderson on each candidate whom Contractor recommends.
Contractor will update Human Resources requesting department on progress
as necessary.
