13. There will be 2.5 par levels of bottles on the island
o Each department will have 1 par level.
o Bottle water plant will store 1 par level for all departments and will be controlled by F&B Manager. Separate areas will be demarcated for this purpose inside the bottle water factory.
o FB Manager will request replacements.
14. New bottles will be issued to each department on a daily basis, accordingly to the numbers returned back to the plant, in order to maintain the stock of glass bottles.
15. A log book will be maintained in the water bottling plant for the purpose of tracking the consumption and damages to bottles. Whoever who returns and pick up bottles from the plant is responsible of signing the log on behalf of their respective departments.
16. It is the total responsibility of individual department heads to maintain and secure the glass bottles. Inevitable scenarios, such as guests taking bottles away from hotel are already
