Once a year, all the section managers usually plan how many a new staffs, leaders, technicians, officers etc. to increase as well as to have the right qualities for a particular job.
To find new people to work in such positions, they may decide to recruit a qualified person from persons inside a group or organization.
Every June, each department generally proposes the promoted person list to the Immediate Superior for approval.
To standardize a way of promoting someone, the following criteria are applied.
