Performance Development(PD) provides a range of services to the Emirates Group, all targeted at assisting line managers make overall improvements in business performance. In support of PD's role to support the senior management of the Group, we will:
-Facilitate long term thinking, and planning.
-Support the alignment of people, process and technology.
-Ensure that the way we work is simplified, innovative, efficient and effective.
-Work to maximise employee innovation and productivity levels.
-Identify and remove overlaps and duplications.
-Lead cost management and rationalisation projects and initiatives.
-Manage multi-disciplinary, cross functional project teams.
-Enable our client departments to acquire competencies, skills and knowledge to be increasingly self ufficient.
We summarise this in our mission, which is to support business managers to make sustainable improvements in the Key Performance indicators. These measure the performance of Emirates Group businesses, and give them the competencies, skills and knowledge to lead their own improvement Programmes.
