a) Inform passengers and/or public about of arrival and/or departure of aircraft
b) Make arrangements for stopover. Transfer and transit passengers and their baggage and inform them about services available at the airport.
c) Provide or arrange for special equipment. Facilities as available for assistance to um, disabled passengers. VIP’s transit without VISA
Passengers, deportees, others, as spacified.
d) Take care of passengers when fight are interrupted , delayed or cancelled. According to instructions given by ground operations director instructions do not exist, deal with such cases according to the practice of the local procedure
e) Notify Customer Service Supervisor and/or Customer Service Manager Service Manager of complaints and claims made by the clients.
