Please note for your record, we asked for this meeting mainly to discuss the issue of Brinks requesting “EJ Logs” for ATMs with shortages/overages.
SCB was reluctant and stated there are costs related to retrieving the logs, we wanted to clarify this issue as a priority to justify the claims payment.
However SCB altered the agenda into new ATM services and BCP? while removing the EJ Logs requests from the agenda.
We are not ATM’s mechanical experts, but we have a staff on the team now to properly analyze/verify these logs.
Presently we have outstanding claims that we are refusing to pay SCB, because they have not provided the EJ Logs for our verification.
Can you please re-emphasize the importance so that SCB understand we need to agree on retrieving the Logs as critical.
