The data were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) [SISVAR software, package (version 5.3; Federal University of Larvas
[Universidade Federal de Lavras])] (Ferreira, 2000) and statistical significance was set to the level P ≤ 0.05. Replication averages
with similar results were analyzed together. Averages and standard
errors were calculated and reported for each experiment. When
averages were significantly different, a comparison was performed
using Tukey’s test (P ≤ 0.05).
